Villa Petroia is a typical Italian farmhouse, set on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large entrance, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a cozy reading room with a beautiful bookcase and a living room with dining area, both with direct access to the pool area at the back of the villa. The access to the first floor is via an internal staircase, there you find two double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms with single beds and two bathrooms with a shower. The laundry area is located in the basement.
